Sinai Trading Returns and Refunds Policy

Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order online at any time before it ships. If you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped, please contact us using one of the methods below:

Once the item has shipped and a cancellation request is received, rerouting and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product and issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

Return Categories

Our return policy is divided into two main categories:

1. Wrong/Damaged/Defective/Not as Described

If you receive:

·         An incorrect item

·         An item not accurately described in the listing

·         A defective item prior to shipping

·         An item damaged during transit

We take full responsibility for these returns and will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

If the item is damaged by the buyer within the store warranty period, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Some claims under this category may be denied depending on the circumstances.

2. Buyer Remorse (Change of Mind or Unsuitable Item)

If you change your mind or the product does not meet your needs, the return shipping cost will be covered by the buyer. A restocking fee may apply if:

·         The packaging is damaged

·         Accessories are missing

·         The item is not returned in its original condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

·         Shaving kits

·         Adult products

·         Items unsealed after delivery due to hygiene reasons

·         Products that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.

Refund Processing
